These events are open to people from all faiths or none.  They are a great way to meet new people and make friendships with people often from all over the world.  Also they are all FREE (apart from the weekend away).  If you'd like to know more about the international events happening during the course of the year in Dundee for international students or any other questions at all don't hesitate to send me an e-mail at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Here's the list of international events for the year 2012-2013:

  • 8th September: International Ceilidh
Dundee University Chaplaincy (next to the main campus library) at 8pm. All welcome to experience a bit of Scottish Culture and meet new people.
  • 29th September: Day trip to St. Andrews
Meet at the Dundee University Chaplaincy (next to the main campus library) at 10.30am.  Explore the beautiful and historic town in groups.  All welcome!
  • 2-4th November: International Weekend Away
A weekend away from Dundee at Cairngorm Lodge Youth Hostel in the Scottish Highlands.  Great chance to see Scotland, meet new people and enjoy and weekend break.  All welcome
  • 30th November (friday): St Andrew's Day Ceilidh
Celebrate St. Andrews day, the patron saint of Scotland with a ceilidh and some Scottish food!  All welcome. 8pm
  • 8th December: Christmas Event

Celebrate Christmas with us at 8pm in the chaplaincy with food and a talk about what Christmas is all about.

  • 23rd February: Games Night

Come and join us in the chaplaincy for a night full of fun. Starts at 8pm.

  • 23rd March: Easter Event

Celebrate Easter with us in the chaplaincy at 8pm with games, food and a talk on what Easter is all about.
